This division oversees the City of Eden's many outstanding special events and festivals including: 

• Native American Youth Powwow 
• Piedmont Pottery Festival
• Spring and Summer Grown and Gathered farm-to-table dinners
• Oink & Ale
• Shaggin' on Fieldcrest
• Touch-A-Truck
• RiverFest
• WinterFest

Marketing and Special Events is also responsible for:

• Management of production and distribution of City publications, media and communication platforms
• Coordinating special projects
• Developing, updating and distributing marketing materials
• Coordinating public art projects
• Leading the Rivers & Trails Group
