Customer Service serves as the central point of contact for inquiries, requests for service or assistance citywide, as well as facility rentals.

The City offers buildings, parks and other amenities to be rented through the Customer Service Division. View Eden Parks & Recreation's page to see which facilities are available for rental.
Reservations must be made either by phone at 336-623-2110 or in person at 308 E. Stadium Drive.

This service request platform allows residents to report non-emergency issues around the city. Whether it be potholes, graffiti, street light repair, code violations, storm issues or illegal dumping, SeeClickFix offers residents a user-friendly experience when submitting requests to the city for services.
